To train and equip local community leaders with knowledge about  HIV/AIDS virus.

To provide resources that will enable community leaders  mobilize and pass-on to the people the knowledge they have gained about the prevention of the spread of the HIV/AIDS Virus.

To educate the community about the need not to stigmatize or discriminate against those living with HIV/AIDS.

To equip the community with knowledge about how they can assist those living with HIV/AIDS.

To teach the community about how to prevent sexually transmitted diseases.

To persuade members of the community to participate in  confidential voluntary counseling and testing.
